‘ĀINA KAUA’I

‘Āina Kaua’i offers a multi-course tasting menu that infuses the Japanese art form of kaiseki with the flavors and traditions of Kaua‘i to create an authentic expression of time and place that we call Kauaian Kaiseki. Ingredients are harvested at peak freshness and cooking techniques emphasize the flavors of the island.

I created the visual identity, website, and full suite of guest-facing assets to reflect this philosophy, helping shape a brand experience that has contributed to the restaurant’s continued recognition—including Diner’s Choice awards (2022–2025) and Honolulu Magazine best of honors (2023–2025).
